Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) Charities:

Water Charities Fundraising (WCF), a 501(c)3 organization, produces Jammin’4Water
(J4W), an annual charity benefit at the Water Environment Federation (WEF)
WEFTEC™ Conference. Now in its 11th year, J4W 2023 takes place on Saturday,
September 30, 2023 in Chicago.

The event features water-quality professionals performing eclectic musical selections in
a casual yet professional networking environment. Proceeds benefit both national and
international water charities, often including the WEF Service Project (organized by the
Students and Young Professionals Committee) as well as other recognized Water,
Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) Charitable Organizations. Charitable contributions to
date total nearly $423,000 with more than $70,000 in grants anticipated this year.

Due to the popularity of the event and limited funding availability , funds allocation
remains competitive. The attached Grant Application Proposal (GAP) t requests
consistent information from applicants so that a review panel can determine grant
amounts to be awarded. The GAP focuses on funding specific projects rather than
general organizations. WCF welcomes submissions from all interested 501(c)3 WASH
Charitable Organizations.

WCF invites WASH Charities to submit their GAP by August 14, 2023 for grants to be
awarded at J4W 2023 in September.

Please direct any questions and your proposal via email (charity@jammin4water.org)
prior to July 28, 2023.

Thank you for your interest in WCF and J4W. We look forward to seeing you in Chicago.

Sincerely,

David J. Kinnear, Ph.D., P.E.
